You guys made my stay great. The decor was contemporary, staff was caring, and the place was spotlessly clean. I got free upgrade and loved it. Central location of this handicap accessible hotel was a bonus.

I had a good experience here, everything was very clean, the location was brilliant just next door to London Eye and St Thomas' Hospital. Spotless and budget hotel in Lambeth district. Overall the staff was approachable.

Useful staff and a convenient location, for a short stay. Panoramic view, a nice balcony, extra large bed, too. I thoroughly enjoyed to spend time in the lively terrace bar. The service was marvellous during all my absolutely outstanding stay. Quiet garden outside.

For lunch or dinner go to joy taste restaurant, located a short way from the hotel. Room had a wide range of facilities, including a heating system and a safe. Excellent base for a 3-night stay.
